Information you send us
If you use a form, call, or email, we receive what you submit: your name, email, phone, a property address, and your message. Inquiry emails go to Micah. Guide downloads and market-update signups are also added to a Mailchimp list so we can send what you asked for. You can unsubscribe from those emails in the message itself.
The first page you opened, the site that referred you, and any campaign details on the link are included on that inquiry email. That note stays in your browser for the visit. It is not a cookie, and it is not sent to Google or Meta.
Cookies
A private market-analysis page may set a first-party cookie named cma_golden_oaks so the browser can reopen a report the client already unlocked. That cookie is limited to that page.
Your measurement choice is stored in a first-party cookie named mw_consent for about six months. Choosing opt-out, or turning measurement back on, is what writes it.
Unless you opt out, or your browser sends Global Privacy Control, the site also loads Google Analytics 4 and a Meta pixel. Those tools set their own cookies (such as _ga and _fbp) and receive the page you viewed, a random identifier, and general device and browser data. They do not receive your name, email, phone, or property address from our forms.
Google Analytics measures which pages and campaigns are used. Meta may use the pixel to measure ads and to build audiences for ads on Facebook and Instagram. We do not sell personal information.
How to opt out
Use Opt out on the notice, or Opt out of measurement cookies in the footer. That stops Google Analytics and the Meta pixel and deletes their cookies in this browser. You can turn measurement back on from the same footer control.
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, measurement stays off unless you choose Allow measurement. You can also block cookies in the browser itself.
How long we keep form details
Inquiry emails and mailing-list records are kept as long as needed to respond and to serve clients, then deleted or archived with the brokerage file. This policy may be updated on this page.
