I was born and raised in Austin — Austin Waldorf School, Dripping Springs High School, Texas State University. This isn't just where I work. This is my home. I know the roads that flood, the school boundaries that move value, and the difference between a pretty acre and a usable one.
I'm a third-generation Realtor® and a second-generation Austin Realtor® — owner and operator of Wagner Real Estate, with a Texas brokerage license, GRI designation, and membership in the Austin Board of Realtors and Austin MLS.
I've personally closed $75 million in transactions and negotiated 300+ contracts — homes from 1,200 to 6,000 square feet, raw land from 1 acre to 400 acres, and both commercial and residential investments.
